December, 2011 Haskell National Bank will utilize Hogan Financial's ATM Authorization services. In conjunction with Texas Independent Bank, Hogan will provide real-time connectivity between the FirstData STAR™ network and the bank's Jack Henry Core Director™ software system. Haskell National Bank services the Haskell and Abilene Texas communities.

September 13, 2011 Delta Trust and Bank will utilize Hogan Financial's ATM/DB authorization services alongside its Shazam network relationship. Delta Trust serves communities in northwest, central and southeast Arkansas.

August 23, 2011 American National Bank of Wichita Falls, Texas is the latest bank to utilize Hogan Financial's hosted item processing solution. Conversion will occur in Q4. American National Bank opened for business in the fall of 1976. From an original staff of 12, they have steadily grown in numbers to a present staff of over 150 dedicated employees. As of December 2010, bank deposits totalled $401MM.

August 7, 2011 Plumas Bank of Quincy California has engaged Hogan Financial to provide guidance and assistance with a technology initiative. At Plumas Bank, the mission is to provide superior quality banking and investment services to meet the financial needs of families and businesses in Northeastern California and Northern Nevada.

July 31, 2011 East Dubuque Savings Bank of East Dubuque, Illinois is the latest bank to utilize the real-time authorization services of Hogan Finanicial, in conjunction with Shazam. The bank has grown to become a $200,000,000 financial institution over the years and isproud of the fact that they are the oldest, ongoing financial institution in the Tri-states area.

July 25, 2011 - SwiftKnowledge, LLC, a global provider of web-based business intelligence (BI) software, announced today it has signed an agreement for Hogan Financial Systems – a leading provider of core and payment processing hosting solutions – to resell the pre-built SwiftKnowledge for Banking On Demand application. July, 2011 - Table Grove State Bank, Table Grove, Illinois, has engaged Hogan Financial to provide online real-time authorization services to its switch provider, Texas Independent Bank and FirstData . The Table Grove State Bank is a full service community bank located in West-Central Illinois. It is a locally owned bank that offers friendly banking service with modern products and technology.

May 31, 2011 - Bank of Ruston, Ruston, Louisiana has engaged Hogan Financial to house the recently purchased Harland Phoenix™ Core Processing System using its "Core Hosting" model of managed services. The bank will retain ownership of the system; Hogan will house the system and provide specific operational and management services related to system operations.

May 24, 2011 - Citizens State Bank, Roma, Texas, has recently engaged Hogan Financial to assist with a strategic technology decision initiative. Founded in 1978, the bank remains the only charted bank in Starr County, and prides itself in offering the best customer service banking anywhere.

April 1, 2011 - Bank of Ruston, Ruston, Louisiana has engaged Hogan Financial to provide conversion management services for its upcoming core system conversion. The bank has chosen the Harland Phoenix™ Core Processing System after an exhaustive strategic core search led by Hogan Financial. Conversion will occur in Q4 and Hogan Financial will provide these services as part of its ongoing commitment to Bank of Ruston.

April 1, 2011 - American Bank & Trust Co of Tulsa, Oklahoma has extended their agreement with Hogan Financial for delivery of check image processing services. The bank has served the Tulsa community since 1971, when it was chartered by W.K. Warren Sr.

March 5, 2011 - Town and Country Bank, Quincy, Illinois has engaged Hogan Financial to provide real-time transaction ATM/Debit authorization services between its Jack Henry Core Director™ system and Shazam™. Hogan will use its existing link to Shazam™ and a new link to the bank's core system. This will allow bank customers to have a more timely and accurate view of available funds.

January, 2010 - First Federal Savings and Loan of Littlefield, Texas is the newest member of the Hogan Financial family of institutions, having recently signed a contract for disaster recovery services for its Nicola Banking Systems software. First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Littlefield began operations in 1946.

December, 2010 - First State Bank, Three Rivers, Texas has become the latest bank to go real-time with Hogan Financial Real-time Authorization Services, which will connect the bank's FISERV Precision(tm) core system with the FISERV EFT network. Implementation will occur in Q1 2011. First State Bank first opened its doors on August 12, 1914. August, 2010 - Commercial State Bank, El Campo Texas is the latest bank to utilize Hogan Financial's item processing services for image branch capture. The bank will convert in Q4. Commercial State Bank formally opened its doors for the first time on February 7, 1921. The bank had nine original stockholders and was founded with a capital structure of only $50,000.00. Today, the bank's capital and surplus is in excess of $10 million with deposits in excess of $100 million. In January 1960, three gentlemen purchased control of Commercial State Bank. In 1964, the bank moved to its present location in El Campo, Texas, and opened its first branch in Angleton, Texas, in February 1996. August, 2010 - Hancock Bank has engaged Hogan Financial to provide check image conversion services related to its recent acquisition of several banks. Hogan will convert check images from the acquired banks' systems into the image formats needed for Hancock Bank's systems.

June, 2010 - Bank or Ruston of Ruston Louisiana has engaged Hogan Financial to provide consultative services regarding it's information technology strategy. June, 2010 - Financial Services Inc. of Glen Rock, New Jersey has asked Hogan Financial to develop customized programming to convert archived check images from one system format to another. The conversion of images was needed after new business was secured by FSI, a leading provider of quality data processing and item processing to banks.

May, 2010 - Citizen State Bank, Corrigan Texas is the most recent bank to utilize Hogan's real-time ATM/Debit Card authorization services. Conversion will occur in Q3 and will enable the bank's customers to view more timely balances during ATM and point-of-sale transactions.
