November 23, 2009 - Citizens Trust Bank, Atlanta Georgia has engaged Hogan Financial to provide disaster recovery services for its OSI ISCHECK(tm) system. Hogan will support the bank's branch capture environment in the event of disaster. The bank will not be required to dispatch personnel to the Hogan facility.

November 2, 2009 - Huntington State Bank is the latest bank to outsource the housing and operations of its Fiserv VISION core system. The bank retains ownership and control of their own system, but locates the system at Hogan Financial, where the company provides daily and nightly operational services. The bank converted to the system and began using the Hogan service in October, 2009.

August 12, 2009 - Bank of Commerce, Duncan Oklahoma has engaged Hogan Financial to provide business continuity services for its item processing capture operations. The bank currently utilizes OSI's outsourced solution for item processing. Hogan will provide capture services into the OSI New Jersey data center in the event of bank disaster. Services will be provided as part of the business relationship announced in early 2008 between Hogan and OSI for its outsourced clients.

 

July 15, 2009 - Algonquin State Bank, N.A., has engaged Hogan Financial to provide disaster recovery backup for the bank's OSI ISCheck™ application software. The bank has served the Algonquin area since 1902. Service will include support for branch item capture in the event of a disaster or service out of Hogan's facility in a worst-case scenario.


June 10, 2009 - Citizens State Bank, Corrigan, Texas has signed a contract with Hogan Financial to provide housing and operations of its new Fiserv Precision core system. The bank will convert from the Jack Henry Banker-II software product in Q3 2009. The bank already utilizes the Hogan Financial hosted item processing solution. Citizens State Bank is located in Polk County on the east side of U. S. Highway 59, at 300 North Home Street in Corrigan, Texas. Nestled in the heart of the pinewoods, the area has a friendly, East Texas rural setting with timber as a primary industry. Citizens State has been affililated with Hogan Financial and its owner, Ken Hogan, since 1983.

June 1, 2009 - American Bank and Trust Company, Tulsa, Oklahoma is now utilizing Hogan Financial's hosted check processing services. The service made sense for the bank when they decided to replace, rather than upgrade, their existing check processing system. The old system was not Check-21 capable without substantial, expensive upgrades, so the bank decided to enlist the services of Hogan Financial and forego the maintenance and expense of an in-house system. Yet the bank still maintains autonomy within its operation--the capture and balancing of the items occurs at the bank, but via an online connection to Hogan. The bank was chartered in the state of Oklahoma in 1971 by W.K. Warren Sr. as American Bank of Tulsa.


May 15, 2009 - Altamaha Bank and Trust of Vidalia, GA has engaged Hogan Financial to provide disaster recovery services for its Open Solutions ISCheck(tm) in-house check image system. These services will be provided through Hogan's business relationship with OSI. The bank maintains four locations in Georgia and has grown to approximately $140 Million in assets. The Bank directly serves the needs of citizens and businesses in Vidalia, Uvalda, and Hazlehurst, as well as the surrounding communities.


April 8, 2009 - American National Bank of Wichita Falls, Texas has engaged Hogan Financial to provide housing services for its key server components. Hogan will provide rackspace and general server administration services at its secure, power redundant facility.

April 8, 2009 - First State Bank Burnet, Texas has engaged Hogan Financial to provide real-time ATM/Debit Card authorization services for its new Jack Henry Core Director system. Hogan will act as an intermediary between the core system and Texas Independent Bank, the bank's deliverer of switch provider services. Conversion will occur in Q3. Rather than relying upon a daily transmittal of balances to the switch in the form of a positive balance file, the bank will utilize a real-time connection to the core system for immediate authorization or denial of transactions. Texas Independent Bank is a business partner with First Data, a national provider of transaction processing services.

April 8, 2009 - Benchmark Bank is the latest bank to utilize the new Hogan ATM Transaction Authorization Service. The bank will retire its daily balance transmit methodology in favor of a real-time link between its core system and Texas Independent Bank, its switch provider. Transactions will be authorized or denied immediately based upon the available funds in the customers' accounts, resulting in better fraud protection for the bank, and improved availability of deposited funds to its customers. Teller deposits and other deposited funds will be available in a more timely way due to the real-time nature of the interface to the bank's core system. Benchmark Bank utilizes the Fiserv Precision System for its core processing, which is housed and operated at Hogan Financial.

March 31, 2009 - Access National Bank, Reston, Virginia has engaged Hogan Financial for its ISCheck™ disaster recovery needs. Services will be delivered through the business partnership between Hogan Financial and Open Solutions Inc., the vendor of the ISCheck™ product.
